I have been a licensed real estate agent since February 1982. Since then, I have experienced every possible market condition conceivable and have prevailed and prospered. In 2005 I guided my company: Atlantic Bay Real Estate, in Provincetown to become the first Massachusetts franchisee of Sotheby's International Realty. Atlantic Bay Sotheby's was the preeminent agency in town until I sold it to my staff in 2011. I also owned RE/MAX Long Point Real Estate in Provincetown from 2016 to 2021.
